The team there is the best! Responsive to what I was afraid was a disaster and they found a solution that was acceptable. Time and again, they've come through for us! So much better than the dealership!

10/10 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about this auto repair shop! We were visiting from out of town and ran into car trouble, which is always a stressful situation. The team here was super accommodating, kind, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to take care of us and get us back on the road safely. If you want honest, compassionate, and top-tier service, this is the place to go. Thank you for turning a stressful day around! 🩷🛞 Also shout out to Creel Tire of Florence, SC!

Their service promised was very quick after my break down and the started immediately when tow arrived. They even beat the promised start & finish estimated day. Even asked them to advise if other problems exist so I could repair additional problems at the same time & they found none. Customer service is excellent & so timely, definitely will take all my future needs to this location of Automotive Excellence II, on Johnnie Dodds Blvd. Thanks again for a great repair & customer service experience.

They changed the alternator on my wife’s car. Since then, the car had a very intermittent flash of warning light on the dash that I ignored out of laziness on my end. It suddenly got worse months later, just before a big trip. Doug and team made it right immediately, no extra cost and no BS, even though I didn’t have an appointment. They generally do a great job, and when something isn’t perfect, they fix it right up! Thanks AE!

When you live anywhere, you always want to have that mechanic that can do pretty much anything, is trustworthy and never feel like you're being ripped off... these are your guys! They've worked on my husband's Mustang and my Charger multiple time and are the only guys we trust. I almost hate leaving a fantastic review so they can be our little best-kept secret but they deserve kudos. I recently brought my charger in for what I figured was going to be expensive front-end issues, leaking coolant and heater core problems(and so did Doug) ... assuming I'd end the day depressed hearing we needed to spend thousands... instead $500 later simple actuator and stabilizer. Our daughter's head gasket went just before Christmas and they didn't hesitate to take on the challenge of a rebuild. 3 weeks later and a completely fair price! We have a close friend (mechanic) where we used to live and he gave us a range... he said... "if they're any good and they're honest they'll be at ($x price), if they're you not, you'll be more at the high end of $x price". They're super honest and highly highly, highly recommended!
